We are currently seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee all human resource functions and activities for our company. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of all HR disciplines, such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and Indonesian labor laws. They should be strategic thinkers who can visualize the bigger picture and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems. HR Supervisor Responsibilities:

Assist in formulating and implementing human resource policies and programs

Oversee all recruitment, hiring, orientation, and training processes

Prepare and maintain employee records

Work closely with managers on performance reviews and personnel issues

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

3-5 years experience as a supervisor/leader in the Human Resources area

Bachelor’s degree in Law/Psychology is preferable

Understand the HR process consisting of recruitment, training, KPI, psychological testing, coaching and counseling

Have a deep understanding about KPI, OKR, SOP, and Performance Appraisal
-
Understand the BPJS process, employment regulations and licensing
